The staff here were very helpful and excellent, they responded promptly when we needed their assistance.

Friendly staff that really goes the extra mile and a good breakfast with plenty of options. 🌟 Staff was a bit slow initially, but they were great once we asked again.

It was a great and unbeatable location so close to the Old City, the historical centre, and major tourist attraction. The employees were courteous and pleasant.

The units are fine, neat. Nice touch to have an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and climate control. It has excellent, incredible setting, adjacent to a wonderful bakery and the garden.

Covered pool onsite, spotless and huge room with a double bed, a large balcony, as for instance.

Clean hotel, and the staff were incredibly nice, location was incredible close to the castle. A decent size and functional unit by laundry, we enjoyed it.

You can't get in beween 12pm and 4pm you need the code the whole hotel is like a prison. Does not help when you arrrive at 2pm. Worst bed I have ever experienced in a hotel - it was like a double put me up. You could not sleep on it as every time you moved the spring creaked and woke you. This was the same for both families. Would never consider going to the hotel again which is a shame as the room was a reasonable size. Carcasone is a must though to visit and we will retrn at some point.

The place was pleasant and great in every aspect, with very helpful staff who arrived promptly upon our request. the restaurant had good, basic dishes available.
